• Account information: your email address, display name, and phone number. • Profile information: your photo. • Group data: groups you create, memberships, invitations, and friends. • Expense data: expenses you create, settlements, and CSV imports. • App activity: group activity timeline and expense history. • Device information: push notification token for delivering notification alerts. • Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data for improving app stability.

• To provide the core app functionality: expense sharing, group management, and settlement tracking. • To authenticate your account via email. • To display your profile and group memberships to other group members. • To send you push notifications about group activity, expenses, and settlements. • To analyze app stability and fix crashes.

• Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database service. • Group and profile photos are stored in Supabase Storage. • Push notifications are delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). • Crash and performance data is sent to Sentry for app monitoring. • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

• You can access and edit your profile information at any time in the app. • You can request deletion of your account and associated data. See our Data Deletion page or use the in-app link under Profile. • You can leave or delete groups you created. • You can disable push notifications in your device settings. • You can request a copy of your data by contacting us.
